Pacific Asia Observatory for Cultural Diversity in Human Development

The Pacific Asia Observatory for Cultural Diversity in Human Development is a direct response to the outcomes of the Stockholm Action Plan (1998), which is the intergovernmental response to the final report of the World Commission for Culture and Development (1996) and the recent review forum of the Stockholm Action Plan entitled Stockholm+5, May 2003. The Pacific Asia Observatory for Cultural Diversity in Human Development is hosted by the Sustainable Heritage Development Programs at the Australian National University.
