Community Gallery Spaces, Portland CEMA Arts Centre

The Portland CEMA Arts Centre is a multipurpose venue utilised by community organisations and hirers for meetings, workshops, rehearsals performance and exhibitions. Its collection includes a selection of prints, drawings, watercolours and oil collected during the 1960s, 70s and 80s.

ANZ Banking Museum

The museum illustrates the history of Australian banking and financial services. It displays banking equipment, manuscripts and illustrations from the ANZ bank's substantial archive.Approximately 3,000 items.

Ballarat Fine Art Gallery

Built in 1884, the Ballarat Fine Art Gallery is Australia's oldest and largest regional gallery and Australia's 5th largest collection.

Eureka Museum and Montrose Historic Cottage

John Alexander, stonemason of Montrose Scotland, arrived in Ballarat, 1853, to build real history just 900 metres from the site of the 1854 Eureka Stockade, where the miners stood their ground against the harsh gold tax imposed by the government.

Gisborne Steam Park

The main attractions of the Gisborne Steam Park are a working narrow gauge railway that will soon be used to take passengers on a loop of track; and working engines (including the Fowler Steam Road Roller and Ruston Hornsby Portable Steam Engine) that can be seen operating on regular running days

Ancient Times House

Dunolly Museum

House of Bottles

This unique Museum is built from 13,569 bottles. A collection of old bottles, rocks, minerals, fossils, gemstones, memorabilia is housed inside.

Royal Australian Corps of Transport Museum

The Museum contains displays of Corps and related military memorabilia, as well as an outdoor display of over forty restored vehicles.

Andrew Ross Museum

This museum is housed in the former Schoolmaster's House (c.1880). Special exhibitions and events are staged in the adjoining school room (1878).

Laura and Charles Ferguson Museum

Kew Historical Society Incorporated

This collection focuses on the history of Kew. Changing displays feature, artefacts, early scenes of Kew, (including tapestries and photographs), costumes (women's and children's) and an important collection of mayoral portraits.

Medical History Museum

The Museum houses a complete nineteenth century Savory & Moore Pharmacy from London, and a collection of apothecary bottles and decorative drug jars.

Philippine House Museum and Library

A library and large collection of material from the Philippines, including books, paintings, sculpture, musical instruments, tapestries, textiles, crafts, costumes, photographs and domestic items are housed in this purpose-built exhibition Gallery.
