Miller Bakehouse Museum

A small baking industry museum housed in a bakery c.1935 originally owned and operated by H. Miller and Sons as the sunlight bakery. The collection relates to the pre-high tech bread manufacturing era associated with small bakeries. The building is now owned by the Melville City Council and managed by the Melville History Society Inc. The building is classified by the National Trust, entered in the Register of Heritage Places under the State Heritage of Western Australia Act and on the City of Melville Municipal Inventory of Places of Cultural Significance.
