Federation Museum

Federation Museum

The Corowa District Historical Society through its members have established and maintained a well preserved museum known as the Federation Museum. This Museum provides a comprehensive display of material relating to Corowa and District?s colourful history. The Museum has an excellent Federation Bay set aside to provide information on the reason for Federation, Corowa?s involvement and Sir John Quick?s role in the Federation process. This information is complimented by history walks highlighting points of Federation in Corowa and Wahgunyah. Annually the Historical Society on the anniversary of the 1893 Corowa Conference holds a dinner to acknowledge this important occasion.
