Morisset Hospital Historical Society
The Morisset Hospital Historical Society was formed in 1997. In the year 2000 the Society published a history of Morisset Hospital - 'A Private World on a Nameless Bay'. The historic hospital lantern restoration was completed in May 2002 and in October 2005 the lantern and a display case of hospital memorabillia was installed in the new Morisset Multipurpose Centre. The aim of the society is to collect and preserve the heritage of Morisset Hospital.
