Australian Age of Dinosaurs is a non-profit organisation formed on the 17th of August 2002 at a special meeting held in Winton. Our organisation has several purposes all of which can be summed up within our constitutional objectives; To encourage, promote and facilitate the discovery, preservation and display of fossil material from the age of dinosaurs within Australia.

 

Our mission is to be the leading provider of Australian Natural History products, facilities and focal point in scientific research, student education and educational tourism for Australian Dinosaur material.

The Australian Age of Dinosaurs collection contains some of the newest and most complete specimens of Australian dinosaur material in the world. Housed in Winton, central Queensland, the collection aims to preserve the natural history of the area and enable its preservation within the region.
