Baillie Henderson Hospital Mental Health Museum

Baillie Henderson Hospital has played a leading role in the delivery of mental health services in Queensland since 1890. The Mental Health Museum aims to tell the story of this role through the preservation and display of artefacts associated with it.

The museum is housed in one of the original wards of the Hospital. Current accessibility is poor and there is no disabled access or adjacent parking. As the museum is on the grouinds of a functioning hospital there are no other recreational facilities available at present.
