Ken Rogers Memorial Library

The Ken Rogers Memorial Library, is the section responsible for the housing, treatment and display of archival and artefact materials, in the possession of The Australian Railway Historical Society (QLD Division) - ABN 74 009 767 579. It is located North-West of the township of Rosewood, Queensland, within the grounds of the Rosewood Railway Museum.

A satellite library is also currently under development for North Queensland, to be located in Bohle, Townsville.

Facilities: 
At present facilities are limited, as a result access by the public is by appointment only. We are currently working on a project to secure a building to house and display our material, to enable ease of access by both our members, and any interested members of the public.
Collection: 

We retain in our collection all items of railway related interest, mainly from the State of Queensland, but also of other Australian states and overseas. Our extensive collection includes books, DVD's, ephemera, plans, photographs, slides, memorabilia and artefacts. We have recently acquired the 'Collections MOSAiC Plus' computer program, and intend to upload our collections database to the CAN Website in the future.
