100 not out - Crawford House Museum celebrates the 100 years life of a house & its owners
Opening 26th February - 13th May 2011
Opening: Fridays 10am - 4pm and Sundays 1pm - 4pm for this display.
A display of photographs and memorabilia celebrating
the 100 years of the existence of Crawford House, from
its construction in 1910 as a farmhouse for William
(Ambrose) and Olive Crawford to its present incarnation
as a heritage museum preserving the history of the
Alstonville Plateau and Ballina Shire.
The official opening of Alstonville Plateau Historical Society's new facility 'The Community Research Centre' situated at the rear of Crawford House Museum, 10 Wardell Road will be on Saturday 26th February 2011 with invited guests starting at 1.30pm.
