Bougainville), New Zealand as well as the nations of the Pacific Islands - Cook Islands, Easter Island, Fiji, Hawaii, Nauru, New Caledonia, Rarotonga, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
