Leongatha and District Historical Society

The Society collects documents, photographs, artefacts and other material on the history of Leongatha and the surrounding settlements. This basically includes the former Woorahl Shire. The Society has a museum where they display the material in exhibitions based on themes. The South Gippsland Genealogical Society share the venue, where they house a large collection of family history data from the South Gippsland region.
