Booubyjan Homestead is a unique example of a very early pioneer dwelling comprised of slab and shingle buildings which have been continuously owned and occupied by the Lawless Family since 1847.

Facilities:
A few steps (no wheel chair access as yet) but once on the verandah access is to most areas and we have a disabled friendly toilet.

The Homestead, is made up of unique old buildings, paintings, books, documents, photographs and artefacts of historical significance yet remains, as it has always been, a home. On arrival the visitor will be greeted by a family member and offered the opportunity of a guided tour through the homestead to be introduced to its living history over six generations.
