Flinders University City Gallery
Located within the State Library of South Australia in the heart of Adelaide’s cultural precinct, the Flinders University City Gallery aims to engage, enthuse and enrich with its dynamic exhibition program.
Regular exhibitions reflect the strengths and diversity of the art collections held by the Flinders University, including European prints, Australian Post-object art and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.
The exhibition program also showcases the work of contemporary South Australian artists, as well as hosting exhibitions from the National Touring Network and the Adelaide Bank Festival of Arts.
Scholarly catalogues accompany many exhibitions, and free floor talks are available for the general public, students and special interest groups.
The Gallery Shop sells original Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artworks ranging from limited edition prints, paintings and sculpture, to ceramics, glassware, textiles, jewellery and fibre-art. Works are sourced from community based Aboriginal Art Centres operating in remote Australia.

Flinders University Art Museum's extensive collection of more than 5000 artworks is housed on campus at Flinders University at Bedford Park and is available to the public and researchers by appointment.
The collection has three major collection strengths: Indigenous Australian art, European prints and the Post Object and Documentation collection.
The Art Museum's collection includes a representation of Indigenous art from outside Australia with works from Papua New Guinea, North America and Africa. Highlights also include colonial and contemporary Australian paintings and works on paper and a small but significant collection of Japanese woodblock prints.
