Description: 
Pieced repeat block, in what the owner calls 'Our Village Green' pattern. Wide variety of patterned and plain materials. Finely quilted. Padding is cotton and the backing is white calico. 2180 x 1890 mm.
Story: 

"Collected in Woodville, Texas, but originally from Indiana, USA. I was told then that the pattern was called 'Our Village Green'. The brown triangles have disintegrated (caused by iron in the dye). Quite a few of the fabrics are shirting." [irma Whitford] The quilt is currently being used.
