Ellis House Community Art Centre
This period house of 1912, is situated close to the Swan River in Bayswater W.A.
By 1995 it had become vandalised , walls broken and covered in graffiti. The City of Bayswater Council undertook the refurbishment of Ellis House and invited local artists to use it and keep it open to the public four days a week.
