Old Blythewood
A charming 1860s property located on a high bank overlooking the flats of the Murray River, Old Blythewood is set amidst beautiful gardens. Built by pioneer farmer John McLarty as a family home and hotel, the homestead interior displays antique furniture and items gathered from the local Murray District, including several original McLarty pieces. The property commemorates the hard work and persistence of those early settlers who founded Pinjarra as a farming community.
